a new semester will begin in september. this semester break sure flew by. didnt do much...just watched the olympics, eat and sleep...once the olympics was over...there was only...

last thursday me and my college mates meet up to collect our results, and for some of us to enroll into our final semester here in inti. my results was well(A, B's and C's). didnt expected to pass 1 of my core subjects(either thermodynamics or fluid mechanics) as the new exam system was a total shock and impacted greatly on the way us students answer the question. even the best students in my class was afraid to collect their results. later on we went for lunch. for those who graduated, they ate their ever trusty 'chicken rice'...its fast and delicious. highly recomended when you have datelines up to your neck. (how fast? lets say after we ordered, before we sit down its already there...).

later on we went ftz for a final round untill we meet again. the guys never liked to play against each other but on that day...the whole game was Mechanical engineering students, dota 5vs5. it was long though as we're so used to watching each other play and gaming style. after that...i was back to driving my sis to school and resting my butt in front of the television.

the highlight of my holiday was an event i went yesterday as my holiday was coming to an end. its called EMERGE. it is a church event organized by City Harvest Church and it was the greatest church convension i've been to so far. definitely the olympics in church events for me. there was events like hunt for Mr. and Ms. Emerge, arm wrestling competition, tallent competition...etc. the band was awesome and the sessions was quite enlightening. though i'm not a christian, despite the religion, the session thought bout life aswell, like the difference between 'just doing well' in life and 'progressing' in life. plenty of words of wisdom was shared...very interesting and a great experience. the band was awesome. just like a rock concert. got to know a few people from there, non-locals but studying nearby...hopefully we'll meet again...who knows?

its a 3 day event but i only went on saturday. missed the clossing ceremony today as i have a family dinner to attend to. later on the gang gathered for a 'yumcha' session and to dig up some dirt on each other...wasreal lucky in pool...but got shot down by alfred's 'kai-ness'.
