ironman..a pinch of spoiling

well...watched ironman with the guys last week. it was really packed and fully booked. so i went a day earlier to buy the tickets...(pretty pricy to...THX). it started with mr. Tony Stark(Robert Downey Jr.) being captured by terrorist and forcing him to build...the Jericho missile(rockets making big boom). during capture, instead of building the missile, he created an armor to help him escape.

the first ironman armor

after returning to the state, he realized he doesnt want to build weapons anymore and tries to shut down Stark Industries(weapons manufacturer). he started modifying his armor with upgrades, a new paint job and a more powerful arc reactor(the glowing thing on his chest).Given its lack of a fuel source, the arc reactor is meant to be something along the lines of a zero-point energy source. The movie establishes that the first miniature reactor could generate 3GJ/s, while the improved reactor could generate four times that. 3GJ/s equates to 3GW of power, or approximately 4mil horse power. the upgraded version with a nice paint job

his partner(Obadiah) of Stark Industries tried killing him by hiring the terrorist earlier, but the terrorist didnt for the pay was too little. Obadiah knew bout the armor Stark build to escape and while retrieving it, he wiped out the petty gang of terrorist. Starks new arc generator was stolen by Obadiah where he uses it to power his armor. Stark was forced to use his old arc reactor which only generates power half of the stolen arc generator. both armor fought it out where Stark actually beats Obadiah despite only having 50% power(obviously...hero ma). brains over brawn.

hmm...wolverine?

there was a short clip in the end after the credits...hinting that there could be another ironman movie...or maybe even better... a new movie, The Avengers which is made out of marvel characters such as Hulk, captain America and of course Ironman
