today there was a talk on robotics in my college. first i thought it would be some old goon giving a boring old speech, but then i found out that the person who is giving the talk is non other than the Khong brothers, Yee Jun and Yee Jian. i was rendered speechless. we used to go to school together and now he's giving talks on robotics? i thought it was a hobby...then representing Malaysia and now... simply amazing. now he's doing his degree in electric and electronic engineering and managing his company...O.o", which gives tuition on robotics...COOL. check it out... www.creativerobotics.com.my


he talked about the past, present and future bout robots. basically all you need to know bout robots. then he gave us(the audience) some questions (teasers). those with the correct answer gets a prize...i got the 1st answer right..."where's my present!?" guess its too simple and doesnt deserve one.


for the final event, he took out a few buckets of LEGOS for us to build something, anything and the best...er something will be awarded. i was too lazy to participate but i saw my course mate participating...i just couldnt resist la. later on the whole gang of ME students joined in giving ideas and looking for LEGOS pieces. it started as a pod-racer from star wars i think, then became a tie-fighter and then became something else. after bout 15 minutes, we handed in our creation and be judged. and would u know it...we won!. thats showing those EE, CE and Business student a thing or two...


i'm sticking to automobiles and hopefully one day will be as successful as him. on the way to class(dammit got class 4-6) at block B, i saw this mini moke parked at Asia Cafe. look at those pipes and those rims...
