new kicks

since 2006, i havent bought any new shoes to wear. worn out my adidas and my reebok seems to be next. when i started college, i bought two pairs of adidas while shopping in Petaling Street. got 2 pairs, RM50-60 each. i thought..."ok la just for college use, no need so expensive". i also thought them rip off adidas shoes will last probably till the next year. surprisingly they lasted 2 years, even though not as pretty(all dried up and flaky) as it use to(not as comfy to)...it had, dare i say it, some quality.



well out with the old, in with the new. since my bball shoes is getting worn out, i need to get my self some new bball shoes(wass suppose to get college shoes btw). heard of this brand called Spalding is selling some pretty good shoes. after breakfast today, me, mom and sis head to summit usj. upon arrival, first thoughts wan "y the heck are there so many tak-kwan-do-ers?" running around in their white 'bath robes'. it was crazy, group of kids was practicing their moves, almost kicked me in the face"(watch wer u swinging that thing mate).


swiftly, i got through with my skull untouched and head on to hoopstation(sells all sorts of bball stuff). it was a tough choice, all those shoes...so little money. so i just grab one and go. looks decent. rm160, not too showy i think. kinda dirt resistant since its black...kinda. mom freaked out a lil when she found out, "another basketball shoe?". was suppose to get 1 for college but, its all same right?
