This Jdorama is about a girl named Megumi Noda who is a piano student in Momogaoka College of music. She is extremely talented as she plays the piano by listening, not by reading the notes. She's a mess, not what you'd expect from a girl. She hates taking bath and her room is like a rubbish dump (well kinda like mine but at a smaller scale...hehe). She soon fell in love with Shinichi Chiaki who is one of the top students in Momogaoka College who plays the piano but dreams to be a conductor.
One day a famous conductor named Franz Stresemann (ero jiji) came to visit the college claiming that he wants to conduct a new orchestra with the students he hand picked. With the arrival of Franz Stresemann, all hell break loose where dreams were realised as well as commitments, talents and friendship. Being as stubborn as he is, Chiaki soon confess to Nodame in the final episode which i find it very touching. It is a funny drama but i got teary in the last episode.
All in all a great drama not to be miss. There were many funny scenes during the whole drama especially with Nodame. The soundtrack is quite interesting, most of them are classics such as Beethoven's Symphony 7 in A major and Rhapsody in Blue.
