on the day of the Super GT event, at night we celebrated my sis's birthday. we went to this restaurant near SJMC called Windmill(surprisingly its still there). i went there a few times when i was really young. the food there is great. affordable for those special occasions.

i used to order this Stone Age set where i'm required to cook my own meat. raw meat(...raw as in 'edible' raw...not "bloody" raw... ) is prepared. to best part is the cooking part. they'll give me a square shaped stone where i use it to cook my food. the stone is really hot(avoid touching it...its not a decoration). you just slap some butter on the stone and dump your main course on it. just like a hot plate dish, careful of the bubbly fluid(they're boiling hot!) . but i didnt order it that day. i was starving so i went for a big plate of steak...medium done
